Results and discussion:
The proteome concentration measurement results show that the accuracy and stability of the automated workstation are significantly higher than manual operation across biological replicates. The error between the measured concentration and the true value is within 10%, and the coefficient of variation is 8%. In the chemical proteomics experiment, the coefficient of variation of intensities of probe-labeled peptides (PRM targeted proteomics detection method) is less than 20% with AutoProtChemixTM, which is significantly improved compared to manual operation.
